Returns made simple
Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

The mattress itself is well made and feels like good quality, but its definitely a lot firmer than we were expecting. Based on other reviews, we were anticipating something on the softer side, so it was a bit of a surprise when it arrived. That said, it hasnt put us off keeping itweve simply added a mattress topper to give it the extra cushioning it needed, which has made it much more comfortable for us. Overall, still happy with the purchase, just worth noting if youre expecting a softer feel.

Still getting used to it and its now sitting on a new bed as opposed to the floor. It has good support though the edges fell a little soft. But overall, is fairly firm and much further than our previous fogarty mattress is certainly not uncomfortable but we may try aq mattress topper. One additional observation is the new mattress is much lighter than the fogarty, which was a 1500 pocket spring. If this one has 2000 pocket springs as the marketing suggests, I would assume it would be heavier.
