Returns made simple
Sleep is personal, so we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item you’ve purchased from us for an exchange or refund.
To make things go as smoothly as possible if you do decide to return, make sure that you check your item(s) when they arrive before signing for delivery.

When the mattress came I thought I had made a mistake with the purchase as it was so thin but once the mattress was out of the box and the polythene bag was opened the mattress just expanded to a full size mattress. My adult son is forever praising it up saying how nice and high it is and how easy it is to get out of bed. It is nice and firm and hasnt sagged or flattened and fits his bed frame accurately. Very good quality mattress, quick delivery and would certainly order from this company again
