Really happy with our purchase. I was a bit wary of ordering a mattress online as I like to get a feel for them first but the info about each mattress was so helpful that I took the plunge & i'm glad I did. Order process & email updates were great. The delivery was over an hour past the timeframe given but the site doed warn of this & it wasnt an issue for me anyway. The delivery guys were really friendly too.
