From setting up a guest room to buying your child their first bed, a divan single bed is the perfect sleeper choice for a smaller bedroom space!
After being let down by another company (my mattress getting lost in transit). I was dubious about getting another mattress ordered however my delivery was on time and delivery updates were accurate. The two delivery chaps were efficient and polite and the old mattress taken away. Very pleased with the service and product.
Easy to navigate the website arrived in the time stated brought it straight in and removed the old on within minutes highly recommend
Other suppliers were quoting long lead times. Ordered and the mattress we wanted was delivered the next at the specified time and our old one taken away. Very pleased.
The ottoman bed and serenity mattress was deliveredon time and the delivery was very quick and efficient. So much storage in the ottoman base, wish I had got one years earlier.
Bought a replacement for our tired hypnos, from looking at all the various ranges available, and choosing our replacement the process, delivery and quality of the product was faultless - thank you!
My daughter had purchased this mattress so I didn't have to do much research, I was able to check her mattress in the first instance. The mattress itself has a 10 year warranty and is which recommended. It was in the sale at the time and with a little research through money back options and my blue light card I had a little extra discount so this made it value for money also. The mattress is excellent quality and I feel very supported. I am able to sleep on my front without pain now which is great. There are two things I would like to make others aware of which I overlooked. Firstly, there is an extra charge for the mattress to be taken upstairs. I didn't notice this, initially I wasn't bothered as in my younger days I worked in a hotel and moving mattresses was standard - please pay to have your mattress taken upstairs. The mattress is 45kg and I couldn't move it by myself at all. The second thing. The mattress is very well wrapped, twice. The inner wrapping is thick plastic and vacuum packed, the outer wrapping is like a extra strong cling film. I have seen the comedy sketches where mattresses open and surprise people. I assumed it would be the inner layer which would spring the mattress open. It isn't! the outer cling film layer once you release it opens the mattress fully. I live alone, and it opened quickly and upside down, turning this over was a challenge so please be careful. The mattress is deep and feels luxurious. I had to order all new mattress protectors and sheets which is a lovely extra treat. My bed is now super high too. Great for me - I feel like a queen. But it makes it hard for my dog who now struggles to get on the bed ( and shes a big dog!), something else to bear in mind. I definitely recommend this mattress.
Despite a late order was delivered on time by helpful crew. Choice of mattresses was vast with detailed measurements of each mattress in all sizes

As you can probably guess, a single divan bed is sized to sleep a single person. This means that a single divan will fit a 190cm (6ft 3”) long and 90cm (3ft) wide mattress, making them a more than suitable bed size for use by adults and teenagers alike.
And even though a 3ft divan bed will only comfortably fit a single occupant, its generous size means that you’ll still have plenty of room to roll around and snuggle up before drifting off to sleep.
Although a double bed or king-sized bed can make for a dreamy sleep experience, if you only have a small bedroom where there isn’t much space for furniture, single beds are typically a much better option when it comes to maximising your available space.
Sleek in appearance and hiding extensive storage options, single divans can come with all manner of different under-the-bed storage combinations to stow away spare sheets, toys, and other bedroom essentials.
Like with all divan beds, when choosing a single divan bed frame for your home, you’ll need to consider several important factors before making your purchase, including the following areas:
Storage options – despite their smaller size, single divan beds still come with plenty of storage options, including 2-drawer, 4-drawer, and ottoman bed lift designs.
Mobility – wheeled beds are nothing new but added mobility like this on a single divan can make rearranging a smaller guest or kids’ room that much easier.
Mattress – if you’re buying a brand-new divan bed and need a new mattress too, you’ll be glad to hear that many of our 3ft divan beds can be bought in combination with a mattress that fits perfectly.
Yes, while some larger divan beds are split into quarters, single divan bases are almost exclusively split into two halves. This is to make it easier to position and move your single divan, even if there are tight stairs and access corridors. It also makes assembling your single divan a breeze, plus rearranging your bedroom won't be a problem in the future!
Thanks to their smaller stature, a single divan bed with storage is typically far cheaper than a lot of larger beds, with some of the most affordable frames in our range costing as little as £150!
Of course, if you have a bigger budget to play with, then many of our best single divan beds are priced slightly higher, particularly if you’re looking to invest in a 4-drawer or ottoman divan storage option.
We've paired our Premium Divan Bed with a huge range of our best-selling mattresses, so the price of your single divan bed and mattress set can depend on the type of mattress you'd like to go with it. For example, a single divan bed with a Coolflex mattress with cost less than a single divan bed with a Vispring mattress.
Thankfully, we have single divan bed options to suit all kinds of budgets and bedroom needs, plus a range of budget mattresses to go with them.
